Social Processes:

Health care, welfare and freedom of association. There are adequate and sufficient rest rooms for both sexes. The factory provides a well-equipped clinic with trained health personnel's. The clinic is mainly responsible for initial treatment and first - aid supports. Furthermore medical insurance is to be provided for each worker. Besides that, the factory signed sub contract for worker's health care with Korean Hospital, which is located near to the factory for treating all serious cases. The workers have freely access to clean drinking water. All Workers are provided with working uniform, and other equipment’s for safety whenever, it is necessary. All workers have the right to join any association (Lawfully) of their choice such as the labor union. There are no any kinds of discrimination practices. The factory grant maternity leave (with pay) to female workers in accordance to local laws. The factory has established Anti - HIV - ADIS association to increase the awareness of the worker and to help the victims

Social Works:

Our Hay garments company doing a lot of social works for the comunity. We helps a football club by money and material. And also we help a Kinder garden school by money and materials for the building of the class rooms. On the other hand our company helps Addis ababa Technical vocational Education and Training bureau by giving skill training for its students.Because of we are a part of the comunity we participate on many developement works.Those are a few things of our social works.
